Magazine Issue 1

I was recently assigned a project by my french teacher, we need to design, write and create a magazine. We were allowed to pick the topic and were told to write articles, horoscopes, reviews, interviews, all kinds of stuff.

I loved being assigned a project that I had full control over. I went into high gear as soon as I got home and had 4 pages done by the time I went to sleep. I was totally ecstatic that I could use my creativity (and photoshop) for something for school. Not to mention the fact that we could pick anything we wanted! I chose to do a magazine that focuses on being a girl in a horror/metal driven subculture all the while not forgetting that we're women.

So, the due date for the project is getting closer and I'm very close to being done, that fact is, I really DONT want it too end, so...

I decided. I am going to make my own mini-mag. All in English of course, just to make things easier on myself so I can express myself and reach a wider audience. I want to give the first issue to my friends and see what they have to say, who knows... maybe I'll be able to distribute it to people in my town who are interested.

When the first issue is done (Which should be very soon) I'll post it on Blogger to get some feedback.
